Specific steps for cleaning titanium heat exchangers

1. Preparation
Close the inlet and outlet valves of the heat exchanger to stop the flow of fluids.
Drain the residual fluid in the heat exchanger.
Prepare the required cleaning agents, cleaning equipment (such as pumps, containers, etc.), protective equipment, etc.
2. Formulate a cleaning plan
Determine the cleaning method (immersion, circulation flushing, etc.) and parameters such as cleaning agent concentration, temperature, and cleaning time according to the type and degree of dirt on the heat exchanger and the characteristics of the cleaning agent.
3. Prepare the cleaning agent
According to the determined plan, accurately measure the cleaning agent and water, prepare them in a suitable container, and stir them evenly.
4. Connect the cleaning equipment
Connect the inlet and outlet of the cleaning pump to the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger through pipes to ensure that the connection is tight and there is no leakage.
5. Soak or circulate cleaning
If the immersion method is used, inject the prepared cleaning agent into the heat exchanger so that it completely immerses the heat exchange components of the heat exchanger and maintains it for the specified time.
If circulate flushing is used, start the cleaning pump to circulate the cleaning agent in the heat exchanger, pay attention to the pressure and flow, and maintain a stable circulation state.
6. Monitoring of the cleaning process
Regularly check the cleaning effect and observe the dissolution and shedding of dirt.
Detect the concentration and temperature of the cleaning agent, and adjust and replenish it if necessary.
7. Rinsing
After cleaning, rinse the heat exchanger with plenty of clean water to remove residual cleaning agent and dirt.
8. Drying
Dry the inside of the heat exchanger using appropriate methods (such as compressed air purging, hot air circulation, etc.).
9. Inspection and restoration
Perform a comprehensive inspection of the heat exchanger to confirm that there is no residual dirt, corrosion and damage.
Remove the cleaning equipment, restore the inlet and outlet connections of the heat exchanger, open the valve, and conduct a trial run to ensure its normal operation.
10. Cleaning the site
Clean up the waste and pollutants generated during the cleaning process, and organize the tools and equipment.
It should be noted that in actual operation, operations should be carried out according to specific circumstances and relevant safety regulations to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the cleaning work.
