Working principle
Titanium Demister separates gases and liquids according to a specific principle. Industry provides specific conditions to take advantage of the function of mist eliminators to coalesce droplets by restricting their passage, thereby isolating them from the gas. The mists are one; together they pass through the mist eliminator at a certain speed. The gas passes through the screen of the mist eliminator. And the droplets stick to the filament of the screen. As the number of droplets attached to the filament increases, so does the collision between these droplets. As a result, they combine and become too heavy to be carried by gaseous or vapour vapors. These heavy droplets drip and collect below, forming a pool of liquid. Gas or vapor is not affected by obstacles in its path. They pass through the steam outlet on the demister pad.
