Nickel Alloy U Tube Heat Exchanger is designed for high temperature applications, especially steam condensing or hot oil systems. U-bend nickel alloy pipes are produced in our factory according to customer requirements. Solution annealing is performed after bending to reduce residual stress, followed by hydrostatic testing and dye penetration testing if required.
Application
Boilers, heat exchangers, superheaters, feed water heaters, condensers. Select this model when differential expansion makes fixed tubesheet exchangers unsuitable and conditions preclude selection of floating head (HPF).
