2. Calculate the amount of stock solution: According to the heat exchange area and scale thickness of the heat exchanger, roughly estimate the amount of cleaning agent stock solution that needs to be prepared.
3. Determine whether to dilute: According to the thickness of the scale layer on site or the expected cleaning time, determine whether the cleaning agent stock solution needs to be diluted. If dilution is required, the dilution ratio can be controlled between 1:1 and 1:5 according to different situations.
4. Testing and adjustment: During the cleaning process, the solution is tested regularly with tools such as pH test paper. If the test results show that the concentration is low (for example, higher than a specific range, such as a pH value higher than about 4-5), add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent stock solution to the solution to increase the concentration.
