How much temperature should be controlled when cleaning titanium heat exchangers

Jul 15, 2024

When cleaning titanium heat exchangers, the temperature of the cleaning agent is usually controlled at 40-60℃.
However, the specific suitable temperature needs to be considered comprehensively based on factors such as the type of cleaning agent used, the nature of the dirt, and the working conditions of the titanium heat exchanger.
Some cleaning agents may enhance the cleaning effect at higher temperatures, but too high a temperature may bring some adverse effects, such as increasing the risk of corrosion of the cleaning agent to titanium materials and causing the cleaning agent to evaporate too quickly.
In actual operation, if you are uncertain about the temperature control of the cleaning agent, it is recommended to refer to the product manual of the cleaning agent or consult a professional cleaning service provider.
