1. Choose the right cleaning agent: fully understand the composition and characteristics of the cleaning agent, and choose a cleaning agent that is less corrosive to titanium. Give priority to neutral or weakly alkaline cleaning agents, and avoid using strong acidic or strongly oxidizing cleaning agents.
2. Control the concentration of the cleaning agent: strictly follow the instructions for use and the recommended concentration of the cleaning agent to avoid corrosion of titanium due to excessive concentration.
3. Control the cleaning time: strictly control the cleaning time, not too long, to prevent the cleaning agent from acting on the titanium surface for a long time and causing corrosion.
4. Temperature control: ensure that the temperature during the cleaning process is within the appropriate range to avoid high temperature aggravating the corrosion of the cleaning agent.
5. Monitor the cleaning process: during the cleaning process, regularly check the heat exchanger to observe whether there are signs of abnormal corrosion on the surface.
6. Post-cleaning treatment: after cleaning, rinse the heat exchanger thoroughly with plenty of clean water to remove residual cleaning agent and reduce the possibility of its corrosive effect.
