Jul 10, 2024

1. Personal protective equipment: Operators should wear protective glasses, gloves, protective masks, protective clothing, etc. to prevent cleaning agents from splashing into the eyes and contacting the skin with chemicals.
2. Good ventilation: Ensure that the cleaning work area is well ventilated to eliminate harmful gases that may be generated during the cleaning process and prevent operators from inhaling them.
3. Prevent poisoning: Understand the chemical properties and toxicity of the cleaning agents used, avoid long-term contact and inhalation of their volatiles, and prevent poisoning.
4. Electrical safety: If electric tools or equipment are used, ensure that they are well grounded to prevent electric shock accidents.
5. Safety of high-altitude operations: If the cleaning work involves high-altitude operations, appropriate climbing equipment and safety belts must be equipped.
6. Pressure safety: When using high-pressure water guns or other pressurized equipment, pay attention to pressure control to prevent excessive pressure from causing component rupture and injury.
7. Prevent scalding: If the cleaning process involves high-temperature liquids or steam, take anti-scalding measures.
8. Fire and explosion prevention: For environments where flammable and explosive substances may exist, fire and explosion prevention measures must be taken, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
9. On-site warning signs: Set up obvious warning signs in the cleaning work area to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering.
10. Emergency plan: Develop an emergency plan, including response measures for possible chemical burns, poisoning, fire and other accidents, and ensure that operators are familiar with emergency procedures.
11. Operation training: Operators should undergo professional training and be familiar with the cleaning process and safety precautions.
12. Equipment inspection: Before cleaning, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the heat exchanger and cleaning equipment to ensure that they are in a safe and usable state.
