Molding method can prepare any complex large-scale titanium equipment, which is the most important process method. Casting method and powder metallurgy method are suitable for equipment and parts with small volume and not very complex shape, but they have the characteristics of short process flow and low cost in mass production. Large titanium equipment generally needs to go through pressure forming, machining, welding, surface treatment and other processes. Titanium pump, titanium valve, titanium impeller and other small single equipment are often produced by casting. The first material preparation process of titanium equipment manufacturing is scribing. The purpose of scribing is to draw the dividing line of sheet metal cutting and processing, which has a great impact on the subsequent assembly and welding process. Marking includes marking material line, processing line, positioning line and inspection line, and marking necessary marks. Titanium materials can be cut by cutting, punching, cutting (gas cutting, water cutting or plasma cutting, etc.) or cutting. For pipes and bars, mechanical methods such as sawing machine, pipe cutting machine and grinding wheel cutting machine can be used for cutting. Each process must prevent iron ion pollution, and the edge processing of titanium material must adopt mechanical cutting.
