What are the precautions for titanium reactor operation

Jan 27, 2023

1. When installing the cover, it can prevent the sealing surfaces between tanks from colliding with each other. When tightening the main nut, the cover must be tightened several times diagonally and symmetrically. The stress shall be uniform, and the cover shall not tilt to one side to achieve good sealing effect. Only in this way can the pressure control of titanium reactor be realized.
2. At the joint of positive nut and negative nut, only positive nut and negative nut can rotate. The two circular sealing surfaces shall not rotate relative to each other.
3. The needle valve type pipeline system is sealed by gently rotating the needle and pressing the cover. Use the hand board to move the rotator on the can body and check whether the operation is flexible.
4. After the operation, it can be cooled naturally, with water or on the carrier. After the temperature drops, the pressurized gas in the titanium reactor tank is discharged to reduce the pressure to the normal pressure. Then loosen the main nuts symmetrically and evenly, and remove the main nuts. Then carefully remove the cover and place it on the support.
5. After each operation, the residues on the stainless steel titanium tank and tank cover should be removed. The main seal of titanium reactor shall be cleaned regularly and kept clean. It is forbidden to wipe with hard objects or rough surfaces.
