1. Site preparation for construction
According to the construction site layout plan, conduct actual surveys on other aspects of the site, measure and determine whether the transportation route, parking position, unloading position and surrounding environment affect the transportation and installation of equipment, and cooperate with relevant parties to meet the requirements of hoisting conditions. Keep the road smooth and solid, so that vehicles can pass smoothly, and the heat exchanger can be safely transported to the site. The installation width should meet the installation requirements.
2. Acceptance of equipment
The drawings of titanium heat exchangers are carefully checked, including equipment model, quality, geometric dimensions, nozzle orientation, technical characteristics, etc. Check the factory certificate, manual, quality assurance certificate and other technical documents. Check whether the equipment is damaged or missing parts (including shims, bolts, gaskets, accessories, etc.). Do a good job of inspection and acceptance records.
3. Basic acceptance
Before the titanium heat exchanger is installed, the foundation must be carefully inspected and handed over for acceptance. The basic construction unit should submit the quality certificate, measurement records and relevant construction technical information. The foundation should be the elevation line and the vertical and horizontal centerlines, the foundation should be cleaned up, and any defects should be dealt with.
4. Preparation for hoisting
The hoisting department should prepare all machine slings, such as cranes, poles, wire ropes, pulley blocks, chains and snap rings, etc., and do a good job of inspection according to safety regulations. For large-scale heat exchangers, due to the large diameter, many heating tubes, and heavy lifting weight, the lifting and binding parts should be selected at the place where the shell support has a reinforced backing plate, and wooden squares are provided on both sides of the shell to protect the shell. In order to prevent the casing from being deformed by the steel wire rope when it is hoisted.
5. Write the construction plan
In order to carry out the installation work in an orderly manner, a construction plan should be prepared before installation. The content of the construction plan should include preparation instructions, preparation basis, project overview, construction preparation, construction methods and measures, technical measures and technical requirements, construction machinery and tools, and construction. Materials, deployment of construction personnel, construction plan progress chart, etc.
