Titanium reactor installation and operation requirements

1. The titanium reactor is placed indoors. When equipped with multiple autoclaves, they should be placed separately. Each operating room should have an exit directly leading to the outdoors or passage, and the equipment location should be well ventilated.
2. When installing the kettle cover, prevent the sealing surfaces between the kettle body and the kettle cover from colliding with each other. Carefully place the cauldron lid on the cauldron body in a fixed position. When tightening the main nut, tighten it diagonally and symmetrically several times. The force should be uniform and the kettle lid should not be allowed to tilt to one side to obtain a good sealing effect.
3. At the connection between the front and back nuts, only the front and back nuts are allowed to be rotated. The two arc sealing surfaces are not allowed to rotate relative to each other. When the nut thread connection is assembled, lubricating oil should be applied.
4. The needle valve is line sealed. As long as you gently rotate the valve needle and press the cover tightly, you can get a good sealing effect.
5. Turn the rotary body on the kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
6. The control equipment should be placed flat on the operating table, the working environment temperature is 10-40°C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and there is no conductive dust or corrosive gas in the surrounding medium.
7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear panel are normal. Pull off the upper cover and check whether the connector contacts are loose and whether there is any damage or rust caused by improper transportation and storage.
8. Control equipment should be firmly grounded.
9. Connect the wires, including power wires, electric furnace wires, motor wires, temperature sensor and speedometer wires between the control equipment and the titanium reactor.
10. Close the "power" main air switch on the panel, and the digital display should display.
11. Set various parameters on the digital display (such as upper limit alarm temperature, operating temperature, etc.), then press the "heating" switch, the electric furnace is turned on, and the indicator light on the "heating" switch lights up. Adjust the "voltage adjustment" knob to adjust the heating power of the electric furnace.
12. Press the "Stirring" switch to energize the stirring motor. At the same time, the indicator light on the "Stirring" switch is on. Slowly turn the "Speed Adjustment" knob to make the motor rotate slowly. Observe whether the motor is rotating forward. If correct, stop and hang up the motor. belt and restart.
13. After the operation is completed, it can be cooled naturally, cooled by water, or placed on a stand for air cooling. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure, then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, remove the main nut, and then carefully remove the kettle lid and place it on the stand.
14. After each operation of the titanium reactor, the residue on the reactor body and lid should be cleaned. The main sealing port should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. It is not allowed to wipe it with hard objects or rough surfaces.
