Requirements during maintenance of titanium reactor

1、 Regularly check the swing of the mixing shaft of the lower cable. If it is found that the swing is large, timely disassemble and replace the bearing and shaft sleeve according to the structural drawing. The design life of the composite shaft sleeve or graphite shaft sleeve is 1-2 years. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the manufacturer recommends to replace it once a year.
2、 Before disassembly, the reaction materials in the titanium reactor shall be drained and cleaned with harmless gas wave medium.
3、 An oil injection hole is reserved on the upper part of the high temperature and high speed magnetic cable mixer, which is set to inject grease into the bearing during shutdown. It can only be used after the pressure is removed from the equipment, and 30-50CC is added each time.
4、 When repairing the titanium reaction kettle, it is not necessary to open the kettle cover, just loosen the nut connected with the kettle cover. During disassembly, impurities such as iron and magnetic materials shall be prevented from entering the gap between internal and external magnetic steels. And ensure the concentricity of the inner and outer phosphorus steel and the sealing cover. During installation, tighten the bolts evenly and symmetrically, and tighten them in 2-3 times to avoid deviation of the bolts and damage to the sealing gasket, which will affect the sealing effect.
