The scale cleaning of the jacket cannot be cleaned with acidic solution. The acidic solution will interact with the titanium plate, causing hydrogen embrittlement of the platen and damaging the bond between the glass lining and the steel plate, resulting in fragmentation. It should be washed with alkaline sodium hypochlorite salt solution. Pass sodium hypochlorite salt solution into the jacket and circulate these solutions for 3 to 4 hours, then drain these solutions, rinse carefully with clean water, and repeat the above steps 3 to 4 times.
